New Members

Doris Buschgen was born in Oak park, Illinois and remained a Midwesterner most of her life.  There were interim residences in Michigan and Pennsylvania and 25 years in Wisconsin.  She came to California in 1989 after 20 years in management at a large resort hotel and marina.  She just retired from 12 years as the Administrator of Music Ministry at the Crystal Cathedral and Executive Secretary to the Director of Music and Organist.

Doris came to Whittier in October of 2000, deciding upon her retirement from the Crystal Cathedral to live closer to her daughter, Cheri Bartz, and son in law, who are her pride and joy.

Doris came to our church by just driving around with Cheri and coming to Sunday worship.  She too feels at home with WPC.
